Joseph Khoshlesan, Esq.
Joseph Khoshlesan, Esq. is a founding and Managing Partner at Losh & Khoshlesan, LLP. His practice focuses on real property insurance litigation and bad faith claims, homeowners’ association litigation, and commercial and business litigation.
Joseph began his legal career in Beverly Hills and has represented hundreds of individual and corporate clients in both transactional and litigation matters.
Joseph received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2010. While at Hastings, he was a founding member and Productions Editor of the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal and received first place honors for his brief in the U.S. Western Super Regional, Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Joseph’s other notable accomplishments while at Hastings included representing an appellant, pro bono, from opening briefs to oral argument, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the case of Harvey v. City of Oakland (Case No. 08-17620) and externing at the California Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Joyce J. Kennard.
In 2006, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego graduating cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa Honors.
